- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging or similar to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

- For defective or incorrect items, please contact us to receive a prepaid return label.
